No More BullFit Excuses Challenge!

The No More BullFit Excuses Challenge! is 6-week Challenge that provides participants with a customizable Fitness Plan, Challenge Coach, and Nutrition Plan.  The Challenge goal is to help participants get a strong jump-start on becoming a fitter version of themselves while helping form sustainable habits after completion of the Challenge.

FITNESS PLAN

We have changed our program to allow more flexibility, more variety in the workouts, and WAY more potential for success! You will be able to choose each week from our current schedule:

  • 1 KickFit,
  • 1 Krav Maga self defense, and
  • 1 F.I.T. class (Functional Intensity Training)
  • BONUS: UNLIMITED YOGA classes throughout your Challenge!

CHALLENGE COACH

Challengers will be paired with a Challenge Coach who monitors progress, answers questions, helps with modifications, and encourages!

NUTRITION PLAN

Challengers will be provided with a paleo-inspired nutrition plan with weekly shopping lists, daily menus, and recipes.

CURRENT CHALLENGE WINDOW: July 22- September 16, 2017

The Challenge officially starts July 22 and ends September 16 – however, if you need to start your Challenge a little later than the official start date, you can delay start to August 5 and still complete Challenge requirements.

You have 8 weeks to complete the terms of the Challenge (measurements before and after) and 18 classes during the 6 weeks (not including your unlimited yoga).
