The No More BullFit Excuses Challenge! is 6-week Challenge that provides participants with a customizable Fitness Plan, Challenge Coach, and Nutrition Plan. The Challenge goal is to help participants get a strong jump-start on becoming a fitter version of themselves while helping form sustainable habits after completion of the Challenge.
KNOXVILLE’S ORIGINAL CHALLENGE WITH A FRESH, NEW APPROACH – Individual and Group Challenges
We have changed our program to allow more flexibility, more variety in the workouts, and WAY more potential for success! You will be able to choose each week from our current schedule:
- 1 KickFit,
- 1 Krav Maga self defense, and
- 1 F.I.T. class (Functional Intensity Training)
Challengers will be paired with a Challenge Coach who monitors progress, answers questions, helps with modifications, and encourages!
Challengers will be provided with a paleo-inspired nutrition plan with weekly shopping lists, daily menus, and recipes.

You have 6 weeks to complete the terms of the Challenge (measurements before and after) and 18 classes during the 6 weeks.
