Jodie Jones

An athlete her whole life, yoga became an important part of Jodie’s every day life once she realized the effect it could have on her soul as well as her body. A member of the Core Power community since 2014, she finally decided to go from being a yoga fan to yoga teacher in February 2016. Jodie credits her knowledge and passion for yoga to the teachers who have guided her along her journey and inspired her to share that light, love, humor and passion with others.

Brandie Brown

As a lifelong runner, I used yoga as a means of counteracting the stress running put on my body. It was also a way of dealing with the demands of being a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom. It wasn’t until I discovered the Baptiste methodology that I really fell in love with yoga and kissed my running shoes goodbye. Baptiste yoga not only met the physical intensity that I loved from running, but it also helped me to create space, awareness, peace, and confidence in my life on and off the mat. I am beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to share this style of yoga with the Bullman’s community!
