Vinyasa yoga connects mind, body, and breath through a dynamic and strengthening flow of asana (postures). Props such as blocks and straps can be used to help students reach closer to prime poses and build awareness in their bodies.
Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.

ZenBull Lead Instructors

Jamie

A former dancer, Jamie took her first yoga class a few years ago when she was in search of exercise and self expression, much like dancing. What she found in yoga was exactly what she was looking for, and much more. Not only was yoga a great workout, but it taught Jamie to be present, stay grounded, and challenge the mind and body. These factors are what inspired Jamie to get her 200-hour certification in 2016, to share her passion of yoga with others. Jamie loves teaching Power Flow classes because of its dance-like quality, using upbeat music and new sequences in every class to inspire her students to work to their highest potential. Everyone and all levels are welcomed to Jamie’s classes!

Jessica

Jessica began her journey with yoga in 2005. As a life-long competitive gymnast and athlete, she found that yoga met her need for a creative, mental, and physical challenge. After years of practice and recognizing all of the benefits of yoga on her whole person, she made the decision to deepen her study of all aspects of yoga and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification Training in 2016. In October 2016 she attended a weekend immersion in teaching children’s yoga. Jessica is a Master’s level clinician who specializes in trauma, attachment, and development and works with children and families in therapeutic foster care. Teaching yoga has allowed her to expand her passion of teaching, helping, and understanding others in a way that also provides a much needed outlet for self-care. It allows her to slow down, focus on others, and continue to learn and grow through sharing her love for all things yoga. Her classes focus on the importance of mindfulness, breath, and focus to find hidden strength, balance, and awareness of the potential of the whole self.
